Wildlife photos and captures submitted by users remain the property of the respective user.

By submitting content to WilderDEX!, you grant VIBERELIC, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free,

worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content within the app and related promotional materials.

3. Third-Party Content

Wildlife identification data, species information, and related scientific content may be sourced from third-party providers.

All such content is used under license or fair use and remains the property of its respective owners.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display,

or commercially exploit any content from WilderDEX! without prior written permission from VIBERELIC, LLC.

5. DMCA / Copyright Complaints

If you believe any content within WilderDEX! infringes your copyright,

please contact us with the following information:
