1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using WilderDEX!, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app. We may update these terms from time to time;

continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with others.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised,

contact us immediately at info@viberelic.com.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit spam, false wildlife data, or fabricated identifications

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the app or its services

• Use automated tools to scrape data or manipulate leaderboard rankings

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using WilderDEX!

4. Intellectual Property

The WilderDEX! app, its branding, design, and underlying technology are owned by VIBERELIC, LLC. All rights are reserved. 

Wildlife photos you capture and upload remain your property. By uploading them, you grant VIBERELIC, LLC a limited license

to display and process them for the purposes of operating the app (identification, collection display, leaderboards).

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity,

or otherwise harm the community. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

WilderDEX! is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Wildlife identifications are provided for

informational purposes only — always exercise your own judgment when interacting with wildlife.

VIBERELIC, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or from interactions with wildlife.

7: Community Standards & Messaging

WilderDEX!  provides direct messaging and social features to connect explorers. By  using these features, you agree to the following community standards:

Prohibited Content: You must not send or share content that is sexually explicit, violent,  threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, or  exploitative of minors. Such content will be blocked automatically and  may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

Automated Moderation: Messages are automatically screened for prohibited content before  delivery. You acknowledge that automated systems may occasionally  produce false positives. If you believe a message was incorrectly  blocked, you may contact us at info@viberelic.com.

Reporting & Blocking: You are encouraged to report users who violate these standards using  the in-app Report feature. You may also block any user to prevent  further contact. We review all reports and will take appropriate action,  which may include content removal, account suspension, or referral to  law enforcement where legally required.

No Expectation of Privacy in Violations: While we respect user privacy, content that is reported or flagged by  our automated systems may be reviewed by our moderation team for safety  purposes.
